My name is Sarah and I have worked within Koito for seventeen years. I joined in 1999 as an operator and have been internally developed to my current post as a cell leader.
I have also been involved with the many business initiatives that we have including Honda quality circles which resulted in our team visiting Japan as part of the finalist presentation process which was an amazing experience!
The involvement with business initiatives and the visit to Japan certainly provided me with new ideas and of course plenty of stories to tell.
MY ROLE
My team supports the original equipment cell and also the complexity of aftermarket parts to our customer base.
Our daily goal, from the outset, is to achieve daily targets whilst also achieving quality and working to exacting standards. Each day we also expect commercial opportunities to challenge us.
