Koito Europe Ltd. was granted with a 'Highly Commended' Prize under the skills development category of the Chamber Awards 2006.

Chamber of Commerce Herefordshire and Worcestershire (H&W Chamber) organises annual Business Awards under 6 core business categories with a view to recognising local Good Practice and to support SMEs in the Worcestershire area by sharing the good practice case studies.

Koito Europe Ltd. applied for Skills Development Award 2006 by presenting a business case introducing the Koito Development Scheme (KDS) Level One.

Koito Europe Ltd. was selected as one of the 6 finalists under the Skills Development Category and on 8th June 2006 Koito Europe Ltd. was awarded with the Highly Commended Prize for the Skills Development Award.
