3. Observe process and make it easier for operators to produce good parts.

5. Make checking/confirmation system for team leader to ensure we keep the rule.

Internal

1. Dynamic feedback to previous process of their quality result either direct from line or from grey parts area. (Previous process should pull this information from line)
2. Apply PPS (practical problem solving) thinking way to resolve problems.
3. Observe process and make it easier for operators to produce good parts.
4. Make simple easy to understand standards for operator to follow.

New Product Introduction

1. Gateway system completed.
2. 4M (man, material, method, machine) preparation 100% complete before SOP.
