The Company wholly accepts the aims and provisions of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and recognizes that foremost in its duties and responsibilities to its Colleagues, is the need to provide and maintain safe, healthy and hygienic conditions and work practices.
This Policy has been produced from the risk assessment of the Companies business activities and practices. It is the intention of all Management and staff to apply the Company Safety Policy and all current Health and Safety legislation.
The Company also considers that its Management and staff have individual responsibilities for ensuring strict adherence to all Company Safety Rules and Codes of Practice. All Management and staff are obliged to co-operate in maintaining good standards of health and safety within the workplace.

Pursue their duties in a safe manner and in accordance with existing legislation to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of themselves and those that may be affected by their actions.
Report any hazards or defects without delay to their Line Manager or Colleague with specific health and safety responsibilities
Not interfere with any arrangements made or misuse any equipment provided by the Company to secure health and safety, and to wear any protective equipment provided
The Board and the Executive Team, through the Managing Director accepts ultimate responsibility for health and safety within the Company as a whole, and in particular, the Directors, Managers for their specific areas of responsibility.
