The Koito Consultation Forum (KCF) is a representative group of colleagues, which regularly meets with the executive team to discuss issues of commercial interest.
The KCF supports the commitment to drive the business to better or improved success and shares in the decision making process and where ever possible reach a consensus view point.
The KCF meets at least four times a year and the minutes of each meeting are posted on company / KCF notice boards.
Communication
Communication is essential for all commercial business’s in order to create a basis for mutual trust and respect and of course support the drive to achieve our business goals.
All of our colleagues are encouraged to voice their views and concerns with their immediate Teamleader or Manager.
Koito adopts many forms of internal communication which are listed below as key points:
